Facilities at the Karlingerhof
Our group house has two commercial kitchens and four lounges and can be used by two groups at the same time. Each group is given its own commercial kitchen and two associated lounges.
Free use of our leisure facilities, such as: multipurpose hall with climbing wall including climbing equipment, bouldering wall, 2 table football tables and a table tennis table, hire bikes, SUP hire, toboggan hire in winter, large meadow with 2 small-pitch goals, sandpit and 2 see-saws, basketball court, ground trampoline
for up to 80 people
Large lounge
The large, bright lounge in the group house has room for a maximum of 80 people – ideal for dining together, for celebrations or a sociable get-together. Thanks to flexible seating, the oak tables can be arranged individually, entirely according to our guests' needs.
With a 75-inch smart TV, Bose sound system, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and an HDMI connection, the room is perfectly equipped for seminars, workshops and meetings.

Working space
If required, the large lounge can be extended by the 25 seats of the working space.
For seminars, workshops and meetings the room is excellently equipped: with a 75-inch smart TV, Bose soundbar, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and an HDMI connection.
This room can be separated from the large lounge by a sliding door.

Large kitchen
Our modern, fully equipped commercial kitchen is ideal for large groups and offers everything that home cooks and professionals need. Equipped with robust stainless steel units, a Rational combi steamer and a pass-through dishwasher, even extensive menus can be prepared here without difficulty.

Panorama room
With a floor area of 63 m², this room has space for a maximum of 45 people. Tables, benches and chairs can be moved around flexibly.
The room is fully equipped: free Wi-Fi, Bose sound system, 75-inch screen, satellite TV, Blu-ray player; direct streaming via Apple TV or Samsung apps as well as an HDMI connection is possible. Blackout curtains provide optimal lighting conditions when needed.
A drinks fridge and a sideboard for the buffet are available.
Large panoramic windows open up the view over the greenery and provide direct access to the terrace and the garden – perfect for relaxed breaks or joint activities outdoors.

Karlinger lounge
The Karlinger lounge is equipped with 15 lounge chairs and a 50-inch satellite TV. Ideal for watching films, group discussions, prayers, rehearsals or other relaxed activities.

Small kitchen
Our compact, well-equipped kitchen offers everything groups need. It has robust stainless steel units, a commercial electric cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, a commercial fridge, a microwave oven and a chest freezer.
